We sell our specialty beef by the hanging carcass weight, plus cutting and wrapping costs. You may select a whole, half, or quarter of beef.

We are a small family owned ranch located in southern Wyoming and we’ve been producing All Natural, High Quality Beef for over 20 years.
We raise and finish all our cattle at home without the use of hormones or antibiotics, practicing the highest standards of animal husbandry.
To ensure the highest quality, flavor and tenderness, we have a special 120 day finishing process, combined with 21 days hang time to "dry age" all our beef. That makes for the most tender beef.
You can expect the highest quality of processing at USDA and Wyoming state inspected facilities. Our products are packaged in double-wrap paper or shrink wrapped, according to your specifications.
